Park City leaders have officially announced a $38 million deal to buy and preserve Bonanza Flats, a 1,350-acre parcel rich in scenery, wildlife and wildflowers along Guardsman Pass. This beautiful property has long been enjoyed by hikers, cyclists, and backcountry skiers alike. Because the Bonanza Flats property, which borders the town of Park City, was privately owned it was also highly sought after by developers. With the help from a $25 million bond Park City voters approved in November, the City now has the opportunity to buy it and save it!
